The Ruffwear Load Up Harness is a successfully crash tested car harness designed to
keep your dog safe during travels. The harness is built with strength rated hardware,
has a universal seatbelt attachment and is comfortable for extended wear/short walks.
The Load Up Harness is weighted to ensure safety in case of abrupt stops making sure
that the dog isn’t thrown forward. This harness is dynamically tested at MGA Research
Corp (a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration contracted test facility) under the
conditions outlined in Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 213`
